Penny Lancaster is best known for being married to rock singer Rod Stewart, but she holds her own as a former lingerie model and now modeling photographer. After being spotted by a model scout, Penny Lancaster started modeling and did various jobs throughout the 1990’s. Penny Lancaster had been a fitness trainer and taught aerobics before that and later on released her own workout videos, including Ultimate Body workout in 2003 and Hot Legs Workout in 2004.

In 2002, she landed a gig that would be her biggest success that of lingerie model for the Ultimo brand. She received an estimated £200,000 to be the face of the brand and modeled for them for two years. She received more fame by opting to be on Strictly Come Dancing, the original British version of Dancing With the Stars, and she partnered with Ian Waite in Season five and was voted off in Week six.

Penny Lancaster has also appeared in various talk shows and TV documentaries about her husband, Rod Stewart, but has also played herself in various TV series including The L Word, The Sharon Osborne Show, and Happy Hour in 2007. She also presented an award at the 2007 British Soap Awards. She was a guest panelist on the TV show The Wright Stuff and also took part in the celebrity Who Wants To Be a Millionaire in 2008.

After her fame in Strictly Come Dancing, Penny Lancaster guest appeared in Sex and The City 2: Premiere Special as herself, the morning talk show, Daybreak, and the late night gossip TV show, Loose Woman, guest appearing in three episodes at various intervals between 2006 and 2010.
